Product Picture:
The product that you see on Angelic Boutique will be slightly different around 1 to 2% of it because of the Daylight, position, and body fitting size the pictures been capture. We also will state down if is there is any Extra line or design that is in the picture you could not see. No worries we will server our customer the best we could.
Product Inspection Before customer receives the Product:
Product that has defects or torn when we deliver it out to you we are fully responsible we will exchange the Product for you. (WE ALWAYS CHECK OUR PRODUCT before shipping it or delivering it so not to worry for our customers that have receive a defect or torn Product of ours we know what is the defect or torn we will EXCHANGE it FOR YOU). BUT when the product we ship to POS or deliver by COD (Cash on Delivery) there are no defects or torn on the product and when you saying it has defects or torn on it we will not be responsible for any of it even not exchangeable. We always double check our product before shipping out to our customers.
Shipping by pos or COD:
Not to worry about your Product that goes under shipping companies like DHL , GD Express (GDEX), FedEx and Pos Laju Malaysia. This shipping companies has Insurance on your Product when we deliver it to you Example: while shipping package got torn or broke Or even the worst of worst the Product is LOST while shipping the Product. Dun worry companies will bare it for you so not to worry when your package you receive is broke, open or even lost the shipping companies will Pay your lost of Product.
Accident/Mistake:
Sorry to customers if they receive the wrong PRODUCT or even you receive our Defect Product we will exchange it for you as soon as possible not to worry all you have to do is Take a picture of the place that has a defect on it and e-mail it to us and we will take action as soon as possible.
Good Sold not refundable:
Product that sold out from Angelic Boutique to our customer is not refundable like colors or even Money is not refundable. (*Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable*)
Product Arrival:
Customers that choose COD (Cash On Delivery) Time, Date and location will be inform to the customer. For Customer that choose by POS Laju, DHL, Fedex, or GD express we will send the product to shipping companies after you bank in the money to us and the product you odder from us will be send to shipping companies and estimation time will be receiving in 2 to 3 working Days (if you bank in on Saturday you will get it on Tuesday or Wednesday Because Saturday is a half day and Sunday is a holiday.
